Objective

Land Rover was looking for a way to promote the new Discovery Sport based on an adventure theme, inspiring people to get out and discover.

Solution

The concept was to promote adventure through the exploration of extreme winter sports in Europe. The interactive widget would live on Lonely Planet’s Europe destination page, and would document ski trips to locations viewed as the best ski spots in Europe by Lonely Planet writers. Users would be able to browse videos and photos of each trip, with the ability to get more information on accommodations in nearby cities, by clicking off to city pages on LonelyPlanet.com.
